In philosophy, you must start with, at a minimum, 1) you exist, and 2) there is a world out there that you can know something about. If you doubt or deny these things, you will never prove them through philosophy. Realism is the branch of philosophy that holds to these things.

Yes, I hold to inerrancy. I’ve done several blog posts on this; to find them just search for inerrancy on the blog search.
As for translations, pick one of the more literal ones, such as New King James, New American Standard, or English Standard Version. We use these because the words themselves are inspired, not merely the thoughts behind them.
As to Bart Ehrman, you can find much info on him if you search the Christian apologetics websites. Sorry, but I’m rather busy right now, and don’t have time to watch this debate.
None of this has anything to do with Realism, which was the topic of the post.
